Worst dealership to work with. When first purchasing vehicle we had to wait another half hour or so for keys to car and the car itself after completing paperwork with Finance Dept. I dropped my vehicle off for a diagnostic. I was told they would have my car for 7-10 business days. I was under the impression this time would be for everything from dropping off, having the diagnostic done, making a plan for repairs if needed, and repaired. It took over a week for them to even touch my vehicle before i decided i cant wait any longer and would have to take it elsewhere. After purchasing my car from out of state, I no longer got the assistance from the dealership. I have been reaching out to them for the past 2 weeks and even spoke to my sales rep with no update to when I am able to get my tag from my state DMV. I have left multiple voicemails and a message with the operator with no response. If you are from out of town I recommend not buying anything from this dealership.

This Lincoln Corsair was purchased from the same dealership to which I take every time for service. Prepared service plan and bundled other facilities with it was added at the time of car purchase. I had 5 services including this one and never had loaner or any other offered benefits were offered and when requested even a month in advance the service manager declined it. His explanation was for me "to go home and read the fine prints on the conditions". This Dealership as well as the service center keep providing proof they are good for nothing!!!
Customer service very poor. I made an offer on Wednesday by text (salesman's preferred communication) with no response. I made an offer on Thursday via voicemail with no response. On Friday morning, the salesman called and accepted offer with arrangements to come in later that afternoon to pick up the vehicle. The fast lane was good. The rest of them act like they couldn’t have a care in the world. Sales just wanted my sale, and to get me out of the door. Main service desk doesn’t like warranty repairs.
